Kayla Itsines and BBG
If you’ve never heard of BBG, or Bikini Body Guide created by Australian fitness guru Kayla Itsines. It is a 28 minuet heart pumping workout three days a week. I found Kayla online and started following her on social media. I started seeing the transformation photos and the stories behind them and it made me hopeful for my own journey. After much research it was the best option for me to try out Kayla's programs. AND IM SO HAPPY I DID!!

BBG pairs circuit training through many different resistance and strength training workouts with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and LISS (Low Intensity Steady States) throughout each week.
Included in the workouts you’ll find moves like: variety of jump squats, walking or jumping lunges, a variety of burpees, jump rope, bicycle, tuck jumps, mountain climbers and more.
